The Aberdeen police Department says that one person is in custody and multiple vehicles being held for warrant search approval after multiple vehicles were shot at overnight Thursday morning February 22nd 2024.
On February 15, 2024 the Grays Harbor Drug Task Force (GHDTF) served a Search Warrant at a residence in the 1000 block of W. Wishkah Street in Aberdeen. The suspect, a forty-five-year-old Aberdeen male, was arrested for Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act (VUCSA) Delivery and booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail. In all, twelve people were contacted during the service of the warrant.
On January 31, 2024, after a Grays Harbor Drug Task Force (GHDTF) investigation into illegal drug dealing from a residence in the 1000 block of E. Market Street in Aberdeen, two people have been arrested. The Aberdeen Police Department, Hoquiam Police Department Narcotics K-9 Team, a City of Aberdeen Code Enforcement Officer and the City of Aberdeen Animal Control Officer assisted the GHDTF.
