Until DOL can determine the difference between fail to pay or fail to appear, it is not clear what drivers will or will not have a suspended license.
 
The driver was cited for no valid driver’s license, following too close (resulting in a collision) and no insurance.

Ocean Shores Fire Chief Thuirer says that they were able to safe a home, and a dog caught in a fire on Thursday despite their staff being all out on medical transports out of the region due to all regional hospitals on divert Thursday.

The fire occurred on Thursday, June 3rd at around 7:00 pm. Ocean Shores Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire located in the 100 block of Seagate Street SW with a dispatch report of smoke showing and upper windows broken. 
 

The Coast Guard suspended the search Monday evening for a 14-year-old boy reportedly swept offshore while swimming near Long Beach, Washington.

The teenager was reported to be missing by his friend who confirmed he was wearing a red swimmers cap, gray T-shirt and black swim shorts. 

Aberdeen Detective Sergeant Darrin King says that on May 27, 2021, the Grays Harbor Drug Task Force (GHDTF) acted on a lengthy investigation into heroin, meth, and pills being sold from a travel trailer in the 200 block of W. Curtis Street in South Aberdeen.

The GHDTF was assisted by the Aberdeen Police Department and the Hoquiam Police Department.

A 29-year-old male from Aberdeen was arrested for Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act (VUCSA) Delivery/Trafficking. The male’s 30-year-old fiancée was arrested on an unrelated Department of Corrections felony warrant.

In the process of serving the search warrant meth, heroin, pills, and a large amount of cash was seized among other items commonly present during drug related investigations.

The investigation is continuing and additional charges may follow.
