The Grays Harbor County Drug task Force served a search warrant on December 16th that resulted in the arrest of the target suspect and then multiple others on other warrants and violations.
On December 16, 2024, after conducting a two-month investigation that included controlled buys, the Grays Harbor Drug Task Force (GHDTF) served a Search Warrant at an apartment in the 2300 block of Simpson Avenue in Aberdeen. The suspect, a fifty-four-year-old Aberdeen male, was arrested for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamines was booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail.

In addition, there were several other arrests during this event.
A sixty-year-old male Aberdeen resident was also arrested on an outstanding Hoquiam warrant for Theft 3rd Degree. When searched incident to arrest, the male had approximately 11.5 grams of suspect fentanyl powder on him and approximately $5,350.00 in cash. He was booked into the City of Hoquiam Municipal Jail on his warrant and will later be transported to the Grays Harbor County Jail for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.
A thirty-year-old Aberdeen male was also arrested on an extraditable warrant out of Arkansas. He was booked in the Grays Harbor County Jail and will be transferred to Arkansas.
A fifty-three-year-old Aberdeen female was also found to be in possession of approximately 1.5 grams of suspect fentanyl powder and 7.5 grams of suspect methamphetamines. She was issued a criminal citation and later released.
A thirty-seven-year-old Aberdeen male was arrested on a Grays Harbor County Felony warrant for Assault 2nd Degree and transported to the Grays Harbor County Jail.
During the search of the apartment, approximately 4.8 grams of suspect meth, 12 .5 grams of another unknown substance and numerous items associated with the using and selling illegal drugs were seized along with a vehicle that was involved in the transporting of illegal drugs. Hoquiam’s Narcotics K-9 Team assisted with the search.
Officers from the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office, Aberdeen Police Department, and Hoquiam Police Department assisted the GHDTF. The investigation is continuing.
