Just before midnight at 11:59 AM officers an fire department was dispatched to Arnold and F St for report of a vehicle upside down against power pole, power lines down power pole struck with the transformer blown. The vehicle unoccupied, caller believes the driver ran off up Arnold Hill. The two persons seen leaving the scene appeared to be two younger male subjects by one witness according to radio traffic.
Several hours later, there was a call into 911 and dispatch of a teen subject saying that his car was stolen as he had left the keys in the car.
After listening through a few hours worth or radio traffic we are going to say they subjects were not contacted in the field, but does sound like they were being contacted through the call of the possible stolen vehicle.
