On September 11, 2024, the Grays Harbor Drug Task Force (GHDTF) served a Search Warrant at an apartment in the 100 block of N. F Street in Aberdeen. The suspect, a twenty-year-old Aberdeen male, was arrested for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and was booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail.

The tenant on the lease to the apartment, a nineteen year old male Aberdeen resident, was also arrested and later booked at the County jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

During the service of the search warrant, approximately 331.5 grams methamphetamines, 45.5 grams cocaine, $5000.00 cash and five firearms were seized, including a sawed-off shotgun.

Two dogs and several puppies that were located in the residence were taken into safekeeping by the Aberdeen Animal Control Officer and were taken to the Aberdeen Animal Shelter.

At the time of posting this article the Grays Harbor County Jail records show 2 persons in for similar charges booked on 9/11 Peyton Strickland and Caleb Mullins.
