Due to the number of people that were believed to be living in the residence, the Special Response Team was asked to serve the Search Warrant and secure the residence. A total of nine people were located inside of the residence. Seven of them were arrested on either drug charges or outstanding warrants.
A main suspect, a 30-year-old Aberdeen man, was arrested for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail. Charges are also being filed on the owner of the residence for allowing the unlawful use of a building for drug purposes, a Class C Felony. According to county jail records, only one person was booked yesterday for VUCSA but it is not confirmed that this is the suspect mentioned FORSYTH, JACOB JAMES
Due to the repeated drug activity at the residence, the Drug Task Force will be requesting the seizure and forfeiture of the residence under RCW: 69.50.505. This is the fourth time a warrant has been severed on the residence since 2015 for drug related crimes.
