The Grays Harbor County Sheriffs Department Shared in a social media post that Levi Lemieux-Taylor was found guilty and sentenced to 25 years in prison for the death of Steven McMahon.
On Friday January 24, 2025 Levi Lemieux-Taylor was sentenced in Grays Harbor Superior Court to 25 years in prison for the death of Steven McMahon. The two co-conspirators in this case are still in custody pending upcoming trials for Murder 1st degree and Robbery 1st degree.

On Friday November 1st, 2024, a Grays Harbor Jury found 20-year-old Levi Lemieux-Taylor guilty of Murder in the First Degree, Robbery First Degree and theft of a firearm, with a firearm enhancement. He is scheduled to be sentenced in December of 2024.
This conviction stems from an armed robbery that occurred on November 6th, 2023, in Moclips where 42-year-old Steven McMahon was killed.
Two co-conspirators in this case are still incarcerated at the Grays Harbor County Jail and are awaiting to go to trial in early 2025. They are both facing Murder 1st degree and Robbery 1st degree charges.
