Wow, DUI Driver flees traffic stop crashes in a construction zone and then flees on foot, leaving behind an adult passenger and a child with police in Thurston County, Rochester Thursday night.

They Thurstoun County Sheriffs Department said in a statement that a deputy in the Rochester area attempted to stop a vehicle for no headlights and lane travel. The driver initially pulled over before fleeing the traffic stop.
The driver lost control and hit a construction cone almost immediately after fleeing the traffic stop. The driver fled on foot and a short foot pursuit ensued before the driver was taken into custody without further incident. The driver showed to have a warrant out of Renton for theft.
Also in the car was an adult passenger and their 7-year-old child. The passengers were not injured.
The driver has been booked into TCSO jail for eluding and two counts of reckless endangerment
