Officers and EMS were dispatched to a vehicle vs power pole collision overnight around 1:49 AM on Ocean Beach RD MP 1 just off HWY 101. The original caller per the recording stated there was a vehicle vs power pole collision, a large whole in the windshield that it appeared someone may have gone through it. The power pole was snapped in half, and the driver, the lone occupant, was located deceased.  

Ocean Beach RD was closed for the investigation as well as for safety with the power pole, PUD was called out along with county roads department for traffic control.
