Aberdeen Man Wanted For Sex Offense With A Minor Turns Self In

An Aberdeen man is being held on bail after being charged with Child Molestation 3rd Degree and Communicating with a Minor for Immoral Purposes. 

On 10-2-17 at 2157 hrs, The Aberdeen Police Department was dispatched to a sex offense in the 100 Block of East Mohler Street.

 
When Officers arrived, they made contact with an adult female who wanted to report that her 46 YO boyfriend was inappropriately communicating with her 14 YO daughter through facebook messaging. After taking the initial report, the officers on scene collected one of the electronic devices used to communicate with the minor as evidence. 
 
 

Aberdeen Detectives were able to access the electronic device and obtain the inappropriate messages and pictures. An attempt to locate was placed for the arrest of the 46 YO boyfriend.

On 10-09-17 The boyfriend turned himself in to the Grays Harbor County Sheriffs Department in Montesano.

The boyfriend a 46-Year-old Aberdeen man  has been charged with Child Molestation 3rd Degree and Communicating with a Minor for Immoral Purposes. He is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
